Tesco Superstore

Have used this particular store for many years now.
It's always pleasant, the staff are helpful and friendly.
Have never had any issues with finding what I need.
Always a pleasure shopping here, never a chore.

Confused, I love the hi fibre uncut brown bread, but now you are selling it with no covering! I get the plastic covering thing save the world..but how do you wash bread? I understand that that you sell fruit and veg with no covering, as you can wash it. But we are still in a pandemic, people can pick up the bread, put it back etc, em...think I will start shopping at Aldi, cheaper and they cover their bread!

Be careful using the TESCO foreign exchange booth. There’s only one person and if they clock off early cos they’re bored you’ll be left without holiday cash which you pre-ordered and arranged to pick up before closing time. Store manager say it’s nothing to do with them….. the usual not me gov push back. So, sorry if the one star impacts the store itself, but if it says Tesco on the uniform, Tesco on the booth and Tesco on the correspondence…. then it’s TESCO as far as the customer is concerned.

Slowly wandering across the car park at 0605 was the girl to open the petrol station. Of course it should have been open at 0600. Very shoddy. Still waiting to get in now. Not good enough TESCO Grove Green, we all have places to go and can't afford to wait. 0610 and still waiting.

Poor in generally every way. Bad layout inside, staff with a poor attitude and often out of products

I didn't spend much time in here but the few moments I did get to spend here were absolutely fabulous. This Tesco has a pub right next to it and you can tell that this is where the people of Maidstone come to party. With any luck I'll get to spend more time here in the future. Only gave it four stars because it has a Costa and not a classic pick your own full English job.

Started coming here after moving nearby, having previously shopped at Lidl because it was closer. Staff are much friendlier and the quality of products is better, definitely worth paying a bit more for it. New Clubcard prices are great and save money every food shop. Staff have always been friendly and helpful on the tills and shop floor. Store is clean and has a really good variety of stuff, plus the layout stays the same so it's easy to navigate. Masks reminded regularly and hand sanitiser & spray available at exit/entrance.

Management and staff carried a wonderful example of what a great team can achieve. Demonstrated during the petrol crisis, all control of the traffic managed in a good spirit. Thankyou.
