Marks and Spencer

Usual M&S, good quality clothing and food. We also got a good deal exchanging money to dollars (if you have a M&S debit card) and had a lovely cup of coffee in their café (although the queue was quite long).

Today I went to Marks & Spencer’s Colchester to look for a new bra. Marion at the store was very helpful. I didn’t have a bra fitting booked but she went out of her way to fit me in before her next appointment. She was very helpful and gave great advice. Although she squeezed me in I didn’t feel rushed at all. 😊 Excellent service from Marion

In my view exactly what you expect from M&S. The food Hall has just about all you need for a food shop and conveniently interconnected to the clothes shop. Entry form High street or from within Lion Walk shopping Mall makes it easy to browse between the two areas. The staff have been helpful and polite and checkout has both crewed tills of self-serving booths. Like it for its choice offered and space between the aisles. Recommended.

Corporate looking staff wander the grocery floor cutting off shoppers without a care. Today THREE TIMES IN A ROW. Almost comedic disregard for pleb existence. Regular staff seem nice. Even security are better than in most stores but the white shirts, presumably from the upper echelons. They're the reason the shop is going to an out of town location and good riddance. I'll miss the nice sandwiches but there'll be a Tesco to replace it.

I do mostly enjoy the cafe in Marks Spencer in Colchester but Tuesday 26th of July 3.30pm-4.00pm the fire alarm went off although not the fault of staff but the fire procedure could of been handled a lot better hope they got to bottom of what happened

Food hall cafe to warm in summer months no a welcome experience , food shopping ok ,fruit section low standard for this retailer

Had a great breakfast here today. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots of variety throughout the store.

This is the rudest, person at a checkout I've come across.
Will not be coming here again.
Aggressive and unhelpful.
