A small and rather chaotic food hall with limited dry goods. Huge range of wines and good quality beers. Variable speed at checkout. Do not go Saturday afternoons as greeting on and off the retail park is horrible

Staff is really friendly, give 4* only because of them.From another hand, prices are very high, overwhelming I'd say.It wasn't like that a year ago,for £100 I could buy a lot,nowadays the choice of food is very low,sorry.

Very rude staff . Apparently if you want to sit with your disabled child and then go to order is not allowed cause there have been another people on the queue. Same time half of the table was taken from people who was waiting another person from the queue on the register . If that's the case give the people reserved sign for the tables which was very dirty any way so have some tissues if you want to use them. Or put notes on the tables that you can sit only if you already bought something.

I will never set foot in this store as there is no proper security and they allow vile behavior and accusatory confrontation to take place.

Whilst visiting your store I'm Sittingbourne this morning I really got into quite and mess if I do say so myself and felt so close to having another breakdown but 1 of your staff members must of seen me so she came over and actually took her time to see if I was ok and if there was anything she could help with she even offered to help me carry my shopping around store then to car , that is the 1st time in any shopping centre where staff have been so helpful , polite and actually made me feel important and not just a number so as far as I'm concerned M&S now have my business and I will make dam sure everyone knows how I was treated and how great your staff are made me feel . Anyway thank you so to the lady who helped me I believe her name was Kerry , also thank you M&S for employing absolute angels you will never know how this today has made me feel 💖
