Staff are pleasant, diverse and friendly.

When they had a problem with their fridges breaking down shelves were still stocked and food was very available.

Being a very diverse work group they have older and young people working.

One older person didn't have the speed of a London crack head so they would open up a new till when it was needed.

Being a small area filled with elderly people her customer service was friendly and maybe the reason why people out of the area may have found her slow.

I have had help from the manager at all times of the day, even to the point that they changed some bags of coins for me.

This CoOp does not offer Hermes drop off. They registered as if they do.

The label printer states that this shop does not offer the service and it gives you alternative which is the wine shop in Mill End.

Mostly out of stock of what ever you need. Not a great selection and fridges always breaking down

Poorly stocked store that cannot be relied upon for basic food supplies.

Great staff, good parking and good selection of products

Only supermarket in Chorleywood, very expensive as there isn't any competition. Not much in the shop really, service could be a lot better but this is the UK where service is never very good. We only go here as a last resort. Fresh bread is decent however.

Good selection for the square footage. Staff friendly and helpful. Extra services such as Hermes make this a key shop on our High Street
