Marks and Spencer

Very good shop, good prices, just picked up some nice bath robes for a good £30 price.

I like the food at M&S..sometimes it is more expensive than other stores but you can find a good bargain as well.
The stars are for the food we ate at the cafe. Helpful staff and decent food.
Why not 5 stars? Because it is very simple dish, nothing extra or superb about it, but good quality in comparison to some fast food in other food chains.
I would go again (when hungry after shopping for a few hours!)
Anyway, enjoy their food.I definetely did...plus the bisquits and the drinks in their store...

A massive store which has a brilliant selection. It feels like a lovely open and airy place to shop. There's a great level of stock and plenty of staff on the tills. They have a good choice of clothes that come in longer leg lengths.

Really frustrated in M and S today. Most tills have been removed so that everybody has to queue in one section. I returned an item and this also happened at the till which made the queue wait longer. I also walked around the whole store until I actually found the till as the signage says one way, but the actual till was in the opposite direction.
The staff were great, friendly and helpful as always

Lovely store. A good mix of prices in the food hall with high-quality products.

It's M and S......you know what they sell and how they sell it to you. Food Hall deserves a special mention.....all those unusual foods you see on the TV ads are here. The bakery is especially well-stocked...recommend the delicious cheese scones.

Not a very big food store. It was very busy so not much room to browse the shelves. When I found a member of staff he was very helpful
