FOREIGN CARDS DO NOT WORK HERE! Your card WILL decline, so you can't actually get anything if you aren't local. Staff are rude and ignorant. It's also usually slam packed of people. Prices are decent though.

Really great place to shop. The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful and there is always a very good selection of products on offer. I have always had a wonderful experience shopping here.

It's never been a great store but now it's to be avoided at all costs since becoming an Express. Prices have been hiked quite considerably on things and the till experience has not improved. I won't be returning.

Banging meal deals but the checkout staff demanded ID from everyone even tho the drink was clearly for me they need to relax they are a Tesco not a Waitrose

Well stocked, but the staff can be slow, especially at the customer service desk.
I was there to pick up a Hermes parcel (in a rush) and what should have taken no more than 5 minutes was strung out into a 25 minute wait. This is because the staff member getting the parcel was side-tracked with shelf stacking, and turned the release of the parcel into a training exercise for a new staff member.
