The store is good. Well stocked with fresh produce. The staff is seen working all through. I have had normal nice checkouts many times. But some staff don’t seem to like coloured people and don’t greet them. Not a hello, not a single word throughout the whole time as compared to non stop chatting to previous customer and also customers after. May be a revision of Equality and Diversity training is what they need.

Complete and utter disaster, in a rush for a weeks shop… and got stopped for at least 15 minutes checking our shopping rummaging and rifling through our cool bags and all sorts. Went through 40+ items to turn around and ignorantly say that most usual people don’t buy that amount of things. Not the guys fault but Tescos sort it out, not called a super market to spend a tenner is it???

Home deliveries 5 star and a shout out to young James Lavender who always has a friendly and professional manor. In a time when recruiting staff is becoming difficult James is an asset to Tesco and even tells me about the training that Tesco is providing him with. How refreshing to hear he wants to better himself and that he speaks highly of the support his employer is providing him with training. Thank you Tesco's Crooksfoot and James!

Used to be a good store. Now ordinary folk find it hard to park. Introducing approximately 13 bays to electric charging points....and endless mother and toddler spaces we might as well not bother going.

Staff wouldn’t accept my Clubcard at checkout. Had to remove all my items off the band to move to self checkout and use my Clubcard where I saved a decent amount of money. I don’t know why you offer the option of having a Clubcard when staff refuses to scan it for customers discounts. Very unhappy with this experience.

Ideal location as it’s not too far from the main hospital and the hospice is down the road. You can drive or walk here and there is good links to m20, and public transport. As you walk in there is always something on sale, you have mobile phones or contracts near the customer service, the pharmacy on the other end of the store near a bakery. The isles are divided into sections for different items to be more easily identified and there is a male section and women section for specific hygiene needs. They is plenty of staff around to support as needed. They are also additional discounts available to club card holder, I also the three scan and go shopping.

Very sad at Christmas had a click and collect from crookfoot My Turkey was only dated to the 25th which we wanted for the 26 Dec the sale by date is very small Husbund called and told that if we wanted a better date to shop in store
