Sainsbury's Local

This is a convenience store (not the big supermarket by the bridge).
I think they sell quite a range considering it's a small shop. Handy for locals to pop in & buy the essentials like bread & milk. They stock a small range of free from food & also veggie/vegan selection.
Fresh bakery & coffee machine. Convenient if you're passing by & need a snack or quick lunch. Pretty good for a local & the main manager is always very friendly & happy to help.

Staff are very cheerful and very helpful, nice store.

Go to Planet Plenty across the road. Do not go here! The staff are so rude and miserable. They all forget that they are working in a shop and they are supposed to help you. The noir manager is the rudest manager. Don’t know how he got that job. He certainly won’t keep it for long.

Worst customer service. Avoid black woman on register. She’s very rude and unhelpful. She forgets she’s working and not just chatting to the other employees. Manager is also incredibly rude! Worst Sainsbury's ever!

I think the people that work here forget that they are working and that their job is to help the customers… not beat them up. Lazy and rude staff!

Why say you close at 23:00 when the store is stuff by 21:00??? Waste of time and rude staff

I have placed an order of over £45 and they have put in stale fruit. I am fuming

Very poor customer care, I went this morning Sunday the 28th of March at 7:30am, and there was a young lady who was not helpful and very dismissive, I wanted some forks for my salads, she kept telling me to go and find them by the coffee machine, I have tried twice, I felt like ignored and disrespected, when I came again to the counter asking yet again for her help, she abruptly and in a very dismissive not bothered at all behaviour answered "then we don't have them". At this point I said then can I please refund my salad as I am going for a picnic, then miraculously she handed me over a pack of wooden spoons she did not even open the pack. This was an appalling customer care, I never had any problems with my local Sainsbury at Hazlebury Rd, Fulham, London. Often the staff behind the counter are very friendly, I am not usually a complaint person, but this lady caused me so much distress that I had to give this negative review, she ruined my Sunday morning. You should seriously consider training her. I would have graded 0 stars if this option was available. Absolutely disgusted by her customer care.
