Tesco Express

Reasonable selection but some prices are far higher than main branches! One annoying feature is that they have the only cash point in the village but when it is faulty (more often than it should be in my view) they will not do cash-back. Get a grip Tesco!

Went to cash point outside , which was broken ! so popped inside to get a drink and some crisps then cash back. After queing for quite a while ,because there was only one person on the tills, payed for my items and asked for cashback . ` We don`t do cash back` was the answer ! `use the atm outside. `
So i said it`s broken.
she just shrugged her shoulders.

Not the best customer service i`ve come across !!!
Other than that it`s just another over priced ( compared to the larger stores) Tesco.....

sadly when i ever i pop in its always quiet .Really polite staff on till and does a good selection of foods and drinks .

5 stars for great staff there, other than that same as every other Tesco express.

I really don't know what has happened to Tesco they are out of a lot of products stopped supplying the green top pinot wine which is cheaper than others stubbie bottles of beer cheap good value especially when on a budget. And as for the freezer it has been down for near on 2 weeks hardly any ice creams in that freezer either. We are a village get things fixed as this maybe the only shop that the elderly people in the village can get to. You are supposed to be a convenience store. Need to get a new manager or he needs sorting. Rest of staff lovely
