This was my worst customer service ever the man that is now there charge me double for something because he takes 3 customers in the same time using 3 tills and he doesn't even treat good his customers.it was only for 40pence but i went back to tell him and he checked talking in a bossy way and after i told him that its bot normal to serve 3 customers in the same.time he ignored me and took the third customers and start to put the things in the sistem without even saying something to me and after i looked at him ready to say something he asked me to wait.this is not normal ...not even sorey or something. He just ignore me.i work with people too..i serve..and i know how to treat my customers ..not like this. I say at least sorry and i deal with the customer straight away when i do a mistake. I go there almost every day but for sure this was my last time

A nice Tesco Express at the High Road Leyton that has a decent range of goods. Store is very congested and when it gets crowded, it's a mess. Good variety of snacks available. Croissants are usually fresh. Store is always clean. Friendly & helpful staff. There's also a Cash point outside.
I used to shop daily in this Tesco and I had a good experience with it but sometimes bad as well. There were two or three staff members that are very rude every time you get in contact with. They serve you very rudely and just ignore the questions you ask them. In fact I emailed Tesco about the issue and store manager replied the next day that we'll contact you to sort out this issue which they never did.

It is constantly disappointing how many of the fridges are not working and thus lacking stock. The staff are really hit and miss. Some are very pleasant and others don't have a clue about customer service.

Great crew of people. Operating 2 tills in the same time and know how to made your day even with great Saturday music. Fridges will be hopefuly working a bit longer this time :) Please close doors after you take something from fridges to help them ;)

Just not enough staff in store.
The ones that are there absolutely lovely and are doing a great job, but Tescos are really scrimping on their labour and relying on self service tills too much when they should be putting some of that profit back into peoples wages.

I have been served very badly from ANNA,I didn’t like her attitude I work with customers too and I never treated them like this I’ve asked her a packet of B&H dual she constantly repeated to me that she doesn’t have it I’ve asked for another option and she end up giving me the one I asked from the begging I really appreciate if you would take action about her behavior as I am a regular customer and I never experienced something like that I am shocked
