Was fairly reasonable until the killed off the local competition. Now all the fruit is barely ripe enough to eat and if you see the word 'new' on anything, like croissants, then it means they put the price up the day before as they have been there since day 1 when the baked them onsite. Now they are taken out of packets in the back of the shop and have no taste

We went to buy limes because we needed for work, there were around 2kg and the worker at the till told us we can't buy more that 15 because we need to think on other customers in a very rude way, it was 22;30 so they were going to close very soon, honestly it's the first time where they told us that we can't buy something in a supermarket.. what if I want to buy 16? We can't? Ridiculous

Lovely staff, I live around the corner and shop here all the time. Never had any problems with finding stuff. The guys behind the tills are super helpful and love a good chat. Great Tesco!!

Had a terrible experience today at my local Tesco's for the second time, as the Eastern European lady manger seem to have some sort of problem and wouldn't scan my voucher, I really felt she was discriminating against me for whatever reason, I've been a customer of this specific Tesco's from the day it openednd! And also a local resident for more than 30 years, if Tesco is letting staff like this run its company into the ground they will be losing a lot of loyal customers. I did actually get to use the voucher at the self-service machine

Totally Rude and can hardly even speak english socalled female management staff needs to be learnt some much needed manners and people skills as hers are unexceptionable! This store has gone totally down hill.

Good morning. Unfortunately I have been stocking up in this Tesco supermarket for years, and luckily nothing had ever happened, until January 31, 2023 8:50 am, I went down to deliver a parcel to be sent because I am associated with the ERVY shipping company, the parcel was fortunately insured, for a valued at £200, the courier confirmed that the supermarket staff never delivered the parcel to him, all the same there was a receipt that the parcel was in their safekeeping, this means it was stolen by the supermarket staff , for this this morning I went to file a complaint at the police station.

They close the doors early (10:45), even though the store closes at 11. The tall Far Eastern guy always harasses customers, trying to force them out before 11. And so does the bald Indian looking guy. Just look at the complaints this store has, mostly about the same people for the same reasons, yet Tesco haven’t fixed the issue.

Very rude staff. There’s a Chinese guy and I don’t know who he is. Today I walked into the store to deliver my parcel, and got there at 10:48pm. They should shut at 11pm. Then door was locked but the security let me in. As soon as walking in, he started rushing everyone. I said “you are closing at 11pm. “ he said “BEFORE 11pm”. What?! You may as well not to work here. When I got my label walked up to the counter, the lady said her Hermes pad is out of battery and she couldn’t accept my parcel tonight and asked me come again tomorrow. What can you do? I tried to pick up some stuff, then he started shouting and asking everyone to go again. It’s so f… annoying. I looked at my watch it was 10:53pm. I told him not to rush and he talked over me and almost tried to push us out. I swore at him for being illiterate about customer service. He shouted at me, “don’t bring your parcel to the store tomorrow.” It’s laughable, as if I am going to be so willing to bring them business again. Whatever he does, he should be sacked. I am going to raise it as a formal complaint. Pathetic.
