Mark's and Spencer, early morning 9.00 like the Mary Celeste no one on tills, however one very friendly and helpful lady on the self help tills. Few elderly customers asking for assistance. Older customers probably come to see someone to speak to. Customer relationship not a priority obviously. Go later to support real jobs in a faceless society

Extremely rude and abrupt staff on the self checkout today. Tried to ask for help due to card payment failing and the till instructing me to see a colleague, and instead of helping tried to usher me out without my item loudly stating "if you can't pay, you can't pay". I tried the transaction again despite their proclamations, succeeding in checking out without their help. Extremely embarrassing and unprofessional, will never shop at this branch again.

A great selection of food and well spaced out. Always quality fresh produce sold here, with especially nice salads. The woman at the self service checkout was quite patronising and abrasive.

Because this is always a busy place, it always seems like it's too crowded. I'm sure I'm not the only one to be put off by that, it feels like they've tried to squeeze too much in, with the ends of the aisles really congested. Paying also seems to be much more of a hassle than in other stores as its all in a very small space for amount of shoppers there.

Unfortunately not a great experience today. Went upstairs to the children’s section and they have a couple of display stands of 3 for 2. Selected said items and also needed some food from downstairs. After trying to use the self scan I noticed the offer hadn’t come off, was advised to go to an actual checkout. Huge queue. Was patient enough not a problem.
The lady put my items through and the offer hadn’t come off, I told her the items were on a 3 for 2, but she hadn’t a clue. Staff don’t seem to know how to ask for assistance or get help. I work in retail (have done for 17 years), so baffles me she had no help - not her fault. Told her to just take the items off, a manager came over and said that it looks like one of the items wasn’t on promotion. Moral of story… do not have a rack with 5 item advertised on a 3 for 2 IF it’s not on that deal. It’s false advertisement and should have been honoured. It’s a shame as I would have thought more of M&S.

Great little grocery store with a bit of everything. Quality is usually top notch. Friendly and helpful staff too!

Nice store with friendly staff and clean bathrooms. It's 3 levels all of which seem very well kept and organized.

Marks and Spencer has a supermarket on the ground floor where you can buy all kind of groceries. Then on the first and second floor you can find men, women and kids clothing. There's a cafe in the second floor where you can have a coffee and also toilets which is very convenient. This store is located in front of the market Square.
