From an isle, I had seen a BIG sign of a "Lobster For Sale" on my left side, huge enough to be visible seen from a distance. I approached the staff, one female and one male and requested them to put three pieces on scale, the female replied with the price and i was surprised as it was clearly written in the sign. I politely requested again and the male replied with the price again, i got irked because i was expecting that they will just put the lobster on the scale and tell me the total cost. I had to call the attention of the supervisor because of the attitude of their staff. Do i need to show a wad of £50 just for them to put the lobster on the scale? Extremely bad experience that i hope won't happen again, Morrisons should train their staff about customer service. Parking is convenient, toilet needs cleaning especially the odour. I like the olives with chili. On the self-service check-outs, it could've been better if the staff are attentive as there are times you have to call them chatting with other colleagues. When they replenished the stocks at night, health and safety could've been considered as there are times that the passage was blocked and that some boxes are nearly on the edge of their pushcart (or whatever you call it)

Morrison has just gone downhill since COVID. Everything is more expensive, staffs aren't very helpful or friendly. Food aren't the best. I saw a basket of green potatoes for sale (picture provided as prove). I am pretty sure it's poisonous to consume it so not sure why they are even selling it? Their wonky fruits and veggies are also all rotting/rotten - they are passing rotten fruits and veggies as wonky and selling them off like that! What a rip off ! This Morrison branch should be shut down for all the kinds of food it gets away from selling!

Pretty pricey. Usually shop at Tesco but went here to buy things I can't usually get there, only to find out they didn't sell them either even though it said they did online. What I did notice was some things were double the price I would usually pay for the same item in tesco. My whole shop, which wasn't very large, was £20 more than I would usually pay elsewhere. But saying that, the fruit and veg were reasonably priced.

Good overall range but over recent months more half empty shelves and for yellow label hunters as with carrier bags the price seems to double weekly.

Parking was fairly quiet but it was just after 9am. Store itself was via an IKEA style escalator. Store was clean and I got a couple of decent purchases. Staff at self checkout were also friendly and helpful. 4 star as supermarkets don't get a 5 from me

Convenient parking and often good deals. The store should staff customer service till accordingly to prevent avoidable queues especially for incorrect pricing such as my recent experience. The marked up price didn’t match up with price at the till, so I spent a while waiting at the customer services till to get a refund. It would have helped if issues could be resolved at payment till.

Big store, usually well stocked, and not that busy during weekdays. However, the store is rammed during weekends, also they are slightly short staffed it appears, But on the whole, friendly staff who care about customers welfare & safety you can’t argue with that.
