Tesco Superstore

I can't believe how nice the store assistant's are now. I'm not sure if there's new management, but it's improved hugely. I used to dislike shopping here and would go to Sainsbury. Good job to whomever is responsible.

There's so many staff just standing around talking.
They are blocking the isles with their huge click and collect trolleys making it difficult to shop. I know they have a job to do but they're not doing it, they're just talking in groups

As a delivery driver I can honestly say Tesco's in general, not just this one, are an absolute nightmare. You can never get anyones attention to open the gate, you can never get anyone on the phone, it is almost as though so they are trying their best to not take the delivery.
If by some bizarre witchcraft you manage to get into the yard you if you're lucky will be met by some hapless employee who has absolutely no idea of what they are supposed to do. I rated them one star because I couldn't give them any lower.

I'm delivery boy and only this Tesco take half hour to open gate to take delivery today I waste my 1 hour here but still Nobody care

incompetent run store who clearly doesnt make sure there pickers read notes for deliveries short date items which have one day left which is not stated but you clearly state and ask for long dates yet they send them out to people, items which say they havent got which they have some off the times, subs that they send out is inadequate which arnt the same quantity as you need only people who seem to know what they are doing is the delivery drivers who are great just a shame that they get the brunt of what the store is doing

Large Tesco store which is very well laid out. Wasn't too busy and parking wasn't too bad. Has a petrol station that isn't cheap and isn't expensive but it's nice.go have everything all together in one place that is all convenient. They also have an ATM outside if you need to draw out any cash.

It's a medium to large Tesco like any other. Seems to be well run and well stocked. Plenty of parking. Has a fuel station. Has a pharmacy but that's often very busy and not too efficient.

The Pharmacy in Tesco is an utter joke. Prescription for diabetes for needles, no stock. This isn’t the kind of chronic disease one can just turn on and off for another day. Not proactive in the least and no concern from them. Awful.
