This morning, Sunday the 10th of July I went to Iceland I got everything I needed, got to the till and I must say the customer service I received was terrible, no good morning, please or thank you, once my items were put through the man just pointed at the card machine did not even speak to tell me how much my bill was, I asked whether he sold stamps as a lot of shops do now and all I got was a very blunt no!! I work in a shop myself and was so shocked at how rude he was

Its your usual icelands just like every other islands. Has a small car park. Wide range of items available only thing that lets it down is one cashier on most visits which means waiting and queuing can be long and boring.

Great little Iceland. Not just frozen & chilled, but fresh fruit and vegetables as well as other groceries. Prices have inevitably gone up (some old £1 frozen items are now £2.50), but still good value if you use 3 for the price of 2 offers.

Basic, but handy if you've forgotten something. If you like frozen food you're onto a winner. They have really good, reasonably priced party food at Christmas too. Staff always friendly.

Such a kind lady on the checkout. Helped me with cash, as I have lost my sight (1) eye, and low vision in the other. Completely unhurried. And well treated.
RECOMMENDED HIGHLY

The meats are not as fresh. But frozen ready meals are truly awesome. Many choices on frizzy drinks.

Usual Iceland produce. Quieter than most. Located in a good place near the train station, and not far from the city centre.
