Can you sort the smell out in the store please.
I know its hard enough working in retail but the smell makes you sick.

Went into yesterday smelt, It's bad enough Alot customers that shop there have bad hygiene as it as(No offence), with the store smelling on top makes it difficult to shop.

Apart from that staff are decent not a bad store for your bits and bobs.

Having used this store for a few years now, I visit here only for essentials I can't find elsewhere.

It seems fairly busy and has installed a green and red light at the door to let you know if there are too many people inside for you to enter.

The prices seem clearer on products compared to when I gave three stars originally. But the cost of Tesco Express is still more expensive than a regular Tesco.

It's a bit narrow when navigating through the aisles. No room to stop and see what's available without having to check if you're obstructing someone else from getting past. Other than that this Tesco Express does what it needs to do just fine.

I have been shopping here for a number of years now but recently the customer service on the tills has been atrocious. I noticed that every time the que has built up there has been only one member of staff serving. This lady is new and they seem to leave her on her own and it seems like she gets extremely confused and starts making alot of mistakes. The backup in the que is unbelievable and you are in there for ages. The experienced staff leave her to it even though the customer que has backed up considerably. They don't seem to care that she is struggling and not one of them has got the decency to help her out. I wonder if she has been shown the ropes. It's not her fault but at the same time I want to pay and leave. Someone at Tesco needs to sort this out. You can see customers getting irate and I don't blame them. Come on staff help her out. You should see the mistakes and rectification on the receipt. Really sad and out of order. Please help her out members of staff. It's not good and I feel like I don't want to shop here anymore. Absolutely awful experience.

I have just been in this store and bought and paid for items on checkout system to get called back inside a busy store to be told to pay for item which I already paid for. After checks done everything added up.

Generally decent store, but the self service tills have the worse barcode scanners ever

There is often a queue here, with only one self service terminal open and one person behind the counter. The costa coffee machine is usually out of order and there is also often not very much in the sand wedge selection. Overall very poorly looked after. Either more staff are needed or better management.
