OUTSTANDING Customer Service from the WHOLE TEAM at this branch!!!
Always Clean and well presented at every visit.
Far better than Tesco in terms of Value for money and choices.
Even the Asda own brand products are of very high quality.
I LOVE SHOPPING HERE!!!

The shop has good priced products but this shop do not have a very good customer services. I only go there to collect my purchases from Decathlon but even that, most of the time nobody is in the counter , and I need to wait ages ( like literally 5 solid minutes). And the person in charge walks VERY slowly to the counter when there is a queue.
Also queue system is confusing, VERY long queue for the till, even though I do not buy any, do I have to queue? Once I did not then a customer shouted at me but what do I do if I want to buy something but want to do a click and collect? I am not queuing twice!

02/11/20 In light of stringent covid regulatory rules, this store appears to have it's own take.
Arrived this morning about 8.45 to find only 1 single member of staff wearing a mask, around 10-15 others were not. Security guard was CONSTANTLY playing with his beard.
I called to speak to the deputy manager (Althea) who claimed ALL but one of the staff was exempt, as they were wearing badges outlining this.
Of all the staff NOT wearing masks, I only saw 1 with an exemption badge.
Was Althea telling the truth?
I'm contacting head office to find out.

TASTELESS. You can count the sprinkles of nutmeg, in a four pack, on one hand. Can't taste the custard and the pastry is bland.

Staff are rude especially by the tills. I have a broken collarbone and wearing a sling. I asked for a carrier bag and told I should get it myself as I might have covid, shortly afterwards she goes to help a woman on another till...

Next visit, next problems, sorry but are you able to open at least 1 cashier for purchases over 20 items or for the disabled.
Nex you grow bags price but they are useless, the hands or the bags themselves are broken. Today at the checkout, trying to put a full bag to the basket, I almost did not kill myself because the bag broke in my hands and I fell.

We Popped in here today to return an item from Ideal World and as soon as we entered we smelled an egg smell which stunk! I would have liked to shop around in the store but the awful smell was off putting. Please sort this out Asda!

Returning the item was easy and the cashier was polite.

We didn't really look around the store but shelves looked full.

The shop look slightly busy and the self check outs look busy too and organised with the cashier making sure the cue kept moving.

The service here has improved. The store is alright and the addition of scan 'n' go is great but the staff don't always know how to do a quality check. Please be cautious when going to the kiosk with scan 'n' go as the tills don't scan the app. You have to manually enter the number on your screen.

Another bad thing is the fact that they have two trolley self service tills that are never open. I am hopeful that they will be getting the new tills soon that all the others have been getting. Lastly, a couple of items can be miss-priced.
