They sell more or less everything you need. In the heat of summer the dairy aisle is delightfully cool. Pharmacy closes for lunch that will catch you out if your don't know.

I have asked for 2 e cigarettes. The lady didn't know what's that and I tried to help her do her job. Because she recommended the wrong product I tried to see it on the shelf. I went for the one that looked like what I was looking for. They were not the right products. The lady said that can't refund and she doesn't know what she is selling because they didn't receive training. I called the manager and she decided not to exchange products

Morissons keep your product and put it wherever you want.

But just train your staff so you know what you are selling.

I am a local and this experience will change my shopping options.

Very bad dealt with this situation

A good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, a lovely fish counter and plenty of choice with brands around the shop. Prices are competitive and staff are friendly.

First time there . Wheelchair friendly easy to park and accommodate the guy I was supporting .. and patient staff while we loaded the belt

On 23rd December I went to collect my turkey. I was told it hadn't been delivered due to bird flu complications out of their control. They apologised profusely. To rectify the situation the manager herself delivered a bronze organic turkey from a neighbouring store along with a beautiful bouquet. So refreshing to receive brilliant customer service, thankyou so much Morrisons Chelmsford.

Charging was fine, but location needs some lighting. Especially for someone, say a woman, charging on her own late at night.

Doesn't always have lots of stock in. Can go weeks without the item you need. Says offers to work then doesn't. Morrisons more card doesn't have any money off certain items for a few weeks. Gone down hill past few months. More expensive than before.
