Bad experience with item return...I was returning SD card which was bought a week back and later i found better deal on online and so as per 30days return policy i was returned. But the manger said you opened the SD card pack and it can't be resalable and not accepted return and also not even polite in telling the terms. He was not consider talking with customer who returns items is not his job.....I was loyal to tell the reason of return...but he was telling that if it's damaged then only he can take return...means I must damage it before I return it as per his expectations....when I asked him same...he was told I am too late to do it....I was so disappointed James ...I am not such person, I have the right to return devise in working condition before 30 days after sale ....from now I will stop visiting your store...

It's all good especially with the collect&go, but sometimes it requires manual check and then it becomes painful. The assistant has to re-scan specific products, but they are packed already to the bag. Uncomfortable. Also, long / slow queue to manual tills. Some items don't have the price tag and no place to check the price

With Christmas seemingly a bit more low key this year, it was a treat to see the lovely tree in Sainsbury's.

It's not a bad Sainsbury's but the height of the shelves is not good for disabled people (got to have a grabber with you to reach stuff as the staff there are few and far between and not all of them are helpful?!) If your disabled like me go early as it gets far to busy and the abled body customers there a very rude!!!!!
Note if the lifts aren't working disabled people on wheels won't be able to shop as the shops are on the first floor!!!

Big store with lots of ranges but not a nice atmosphere and no phone service so couldn’t use my app to shop. Scanner guns available along with self serve and serviced tills. Sushi made on site, fresh bakery too. Argos pick up site. Lots of parking on ground floor and adjacent marks and Spencer’s. Sainsburys petrol station is also on the site. Worth having a look around local Merton abbey mills if you’re there and have the time, site of William morris works and an ancient abbey ruins. Now home to food outlets and children’s theatre

Massive Sainsburys located within a shopping centre. Really well stocked for vegans! Clean, tidy and very very bright inside. There were no queues when I popped in and they had some foods that are harder to find in other places.
Nice familiar layout.

A huge shopping place where they have a multi businesses running in the same area! Yep always fun to go with family, not just grocery but also get clothes, shoes, and all to grab on one go.

Large store clean with plenty of stock and Clothing range. Staff on the checkout rather than self service. You need someone on the checkout when you have a lot of shopping. Friendly and helpful staff.
