I found the location of this store to be really inconvenient, considering that there’s some sort of market set up in front. Not a fan of the area either, but I was there for an appointment so thought I’d check out the Morrison’s whilst there. The staff weren’t friendly, and the one who served me on the till was rude. She hurriedly asked me to pay before packing my bags, and had no patience whatsoever.

Morrison’s itself has a great selection of vegan food and I was pleasantly surprised. At first, I was confused as I couldn’t find any plant-based milks in the fresh food section, but that’s only because they were all at the back in the “free from” range, which also included gluten free products. I’d seen so many quorn products that are often hard to come by, and the freezer aisle had a section clearly labelled “meat free” which made it very easy to find.

Good selection of stuff here, but let down by unreliable availability of stock and customer service. You are lucky if 1 in 10 interactions with staff result in them even acknowledging you..... of course there are some very friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately just seems they are completely in the minority

Fine place. Car park below the store. People mover big enough for trolleys, elevator as well. Went late at night, 830pm, and there were boxes blocking many aisles.

Good supermarket, typical Morrisons... Pies, pasties and low end food. But still a great asset to the ever deteriorating town of Acton. (Forgotl to mention the ridiculously cheap yummy doughnuts! Well done Morrisons!)

The staff in customer service are really nice, sometimes you have to wait a while for your magic box but all done with a smile. The only observation I want to make is that the amount of food in the magic box now is barely half of what it was a few months ago.

Large supermarket just off Acton High Street, good for a big shop as it has a car park. Fresh meat counter, bakery and great selection of fruit and vegetables

Good prices, even when you go into Morrisons to buy 1 item you All ways come out with a full bag.
Clean, tidy , fresh products and plenty of stock.

My experience at this store today was horrible... Im a regular customer and few weeks I bought a balloon for my kid birthday and on cash desk they said I can come back and fill up the balloon so today I went to this store to the customer service department... In first place this staff called Manish approached me with very bad attitude and unprofessional service asked me what I want and I explained to her I need to fill up the balloon I bought few weeks ago she started to ask for the receipt when I explained to her all the situation and i didn't have the receipt because the ladie on cash didn't told me I need to bring the receipt but she can verify the balloon was from one of yours stores. She started to say many people come to the store with balloons for other places i told her wasn't the case and she refused to fill up the balloon with very bad attitude without give me any other solutions ... I do believe you should improve better your customer service, is so many people they really want to work so in my opinion you should employ people they are qualified to have a good customer service... So I left the store and i went to ealing morrisons store and Iwas served by Homa and Lee-Anne, they were so helpful and so professional I explained all the situation and without any problems the fill up the balloon... I hope you can improve this (imd of situation and provide customer service training for some of your staff because was clearly Manish didn't provide any customer service... Tha nk you
