Marks and Spencer

If you need anything in particular, avoid this place. Almost every time I’ve come for ingredients, they are always out of stock of at least one thing. It means I have to go to Sainsbury’s to finish my shop. Should have gone there in the first place to be honest. They have a real problem with managing stock here.

I had an excellent nights sleep at this five star hotel establishment. My room - the menswear section - was lovely and cool, with a lovely hard divan mattress. I used a luxurious fluffy coat as a pillow which was supplementary to the luxurious experience. I was woken to the lovely London Underground alarm. What an excellent stay which I recommend for all tourists and wanderlust travellers alike.

Good store with many international wines and products and very friendly staff normally.
I shop here frequently and I recommend it.
Unfortunately the only thing I can not understand is why the bread section does not have a protection for the bread loafs and outside of the baking hours no enough Loaf bread bags to wrap the bread!
I asked this today to an assistant shop and she informed they have run out this morning, but is everyday the same in the afternoon and evening. After I checked with some staff members coming out from the baking doors and they been able to help me providing me the bag needed.
I hope this is something that can be improved for hygienic reasons in regards of the storage on the display as often customers touch it and then do not buy it and for bread transportation after buying it!

Just tried their BEST EVER chocolate Eclair. Have to say it is VERY SWEET for a dark chocolate eclair. Could not taste the cream at all and the pastry was the most disappointing, for the BEST EVER I would expect crisp dry pastry not soft and chewy.
More sickly and overindulgent than satisfaction and contentment

You can do better Marks at £6.25, your customers will expect more.

I don't understand the idea behind the constant changes of the location of various items. Usually products are shifted and moved around the store's shelves every few weeks so you have to search for items longer. Dear M&S management. Your decisions are utterly STUPID! You really love to waste your customers time having them running around your stores like idiots searching for items. This is truly disgusting. You are also wasting your stuff's time by ordering them to pointlessly move products around the shop. STOP DOING IT!

The quality is always good but obviously if you are looking for value for money, this place is not the best. However, you do get better quality than most supermarkets. I find myself going to this store when I want to pumper myself with a great meal followed by a luxurious dessert. Top that up with a bottle of wine from a wide selection on offer. Makes me go all posh. I say.
