Went to Tescos this morning and was looking for caster sugar, I could not find it with the sugars and asked an assistant for help as there was a large cage trolley in front of the shelf. I asked him to move the trolley and his response was "Oh my God" I moved it myself and reported him to a young lady who was "in charge" who apologised and would speak to him. If his response was that to me, I am 70 years old, I doubt he will pay any attention to her! He is in need of training, his name was PARSAD or something that sounded like that.

Doorman helpful, staff member polite & efficient. A relief after another place refused to take my CollectPlus parcel for no good reason, came here fearing the worst, but all was fine.

They have very little things, lots of times you cant find what you are searching for. The security guard always has a smile on his face but the cashiers are always in a bad mood.

Love it here, my local shop, security always smiling and staff always helpful. Plus they've improved their products loads in recent months, particularly for vegan or dairy free options (please never run out of the dairy free cookie dough)

Really poor local store. The staff don't seem interested in doing their jobs, you can always find something out of date and during the height of the pandemic restrictions always full of unmasked customers and half the staff. Shelves are to close together and all feels very cheap and nasty. Only ever use this place in an emergency when I can't be bothered to go down the road to Lidl.Worst since the really good co-op opposite closed. Only got 2 stars for its location when I run out of milk

Rude staff. I wasn't allowed to buy more than one pack of water bottles. It should be written on the shelf that you are not allowed. The staff told me on the till in a very rude way that I am not allowed. It should be clear already.
