Excellent….Jhonas the Store Manager went out of his way to get me curly fries as there were none left on the shop floor, he had already bought a load of stuff on the shop floor, he was out of breath and went to get that for me ( the extra mile) Customer services at its best!

Huge supermarket with so much stuff. Small selection of vegan foods though. Come to n Sainsbury's, survey this is a flagship store... You've got space to experiment and push boundaries for health and talking climate change. Try some more innovative thinking!

Small Sainsbury or at least medium size but really tidy and organized shelves, mostly complete groceries store not to mentions lots of discounted food/item products. Also,Argos have now merged inside Sainsbury so that's nice, you can order something from Argos and whilst waiting may be you can quickly grab your groceries!! Nice and helpful staff, too!!

I visit this shop weekly and have found it often well stocked....plenty of self checkouts. Easy to use. A cute little clothes section of children's essentials.

It's a bad Sainsbury's. The layout is it's worst enemy although I think it's trying hard with what it's given by the shopping centre. Plus side is the staff are actually really nice. I asked an assistant where the eggs are (always a mystery in any Sainsbury's) and he was very helpful and walked me there. Also the cashier (there were many which was nice to see) was very friendly and actually left me smiling after visiting a supermarket. That's a very rare experience nowadays.

I was refused to buy Christmas crackers today as I didn’t have ID. I am 26. I checked the age limit to buy them afterwards and it’s TWELVE. I don’t think I’d be standing there with my credit card and nectar card (18+) if I was under 12. My partner was with me and we said to her that he will go around again and buy them while I wait outside, and she approved him 3 minutes later without checking ID. Very backwards system. Please train your staff - I assume she believes the age limit for crackers is comparable for alcohol, and not that I look like an 11 year old.

The store was about to close but luckily, he told us how long was left. The security guard was kind and held our shopping for us. When the shop was closed he let us know and if we needed one thing, he would run and get it for us. Very good experience.
