I go there most mornings to pick up milk for the Office tea/coffee, it's open early which is great. The quality of food is good and the offers they have are worth going for. I love their clothes, I can generally go in and just buy my size and know it will fit. Good quality and reasonable prices.

Have always loved 'Marks' for underwear in particular. Plus, their products are always good quality. Food halls also good quality, though can be more expensive than some other similar stores. But then again ' what price for quality' Which theirs is, and lasts for longer! So Worth It!! 10/10

The food hall is usually well stocked with a good variety and choice of the latest promotions such as Dine In etc. Great dairy free section which is very welcome and an ever increasing bakery counter with delicious fresh baked bread. The service is efficient and courteous most of the time with the exception of one or two of the older ladies who at times can be rude and unpleasant at the checkout. Overall a well stocked M&S food hall.

The food at M&S is very good. My 3-stars is because the supermarket is small and cramped and it's not a very nice place to shop during the pandemic. Many pensioners stand in the centre of the narrow aisles, making it extremely difficult to social distance. Hopefully when everyone is wearing masks after the 24th July, it'll feel a bit better. So, if you care about social distancing, this store might not be very comfortable for you. Otherwise, carry on, the food choice and close-by parking is great.

Out of the supermarkets in Haywards heath the produce here is of better quality compared to the rest. Shame they don't have hand scanners but that's to be as expected with this corporation. And during lockdown this supermarket never ran out of big roll, pasta, passata tinned food etc

Poor menswear department. Choice is lacking and when sales occur the selection is abysmal and very limited compared to the other clothes departments.

Shop is open 8am-7pm - changing rooms are open 10am-4pm. So they are either closed or crowded. And in a brilliant new arrangement women's clothing has 2 changing rooms, men's none. Waste of time - never again.
