Asda Lewisham Supermarket

I will give 3 stars to this supermarket as it looks big but is not the good think it have a good parking can find some essentials and some deals but is no all that like other Asda's i think i won't pop in to this store in the near future

I'm not normally someone to write a review - especially for a supermarket. However I feel I must take the time to praise the staff at this little Asda. They are invariably friendly, helpful and polite. Special shout out to Jeff!

A very nice place to shop and the time to queue shortened very quickly when it gets busy. A wide range of items is also on offer.

girl at the counter refused to scan my stuff and told me to go self checkout. she had no customers and was just chatting.

Customer service is minimal in here had to go all the way to the Millwall ASDA for better service for what I needed

Positives : free sparking 3 hours

Negatives: such large store but ok customer toilet?? Ridiculous joke by Asda Lewisham… If you’re pregnant or disabled are you suppose to wet yourself during shopping?!? Absurd store no toilet for customers!!!

Was charged nearly £250 for a cancelled click and collect - customer service did nothing so had to go to my bank and Asda REFUSED THE CLAIM LEAVING ME OUT OF POCKET!

Also will never use their home delivery service again after returned unwanted substitutions are NEVER REFUNDED

I even took a photo the last time of the goods that I left in the crates so that I would have proof incase they tried to keep my money again and despite having photographic evidence I still am owed most of the money for items returned

It is too much of a task having to constantly be chasing refunds - not to mention collecting orders and waiting outside in the freezing cold OVER AN HOUR beyond your slot with no apology just a mumble of 'we have no staff' by the miserable team members when they eventually face the queue outside.

It is shocking for Asda, no other Asda I have ever used is this bad - I will NOT BE LOSING ANY MORE MONEY shopping with this store which is annoying because it is local and as a disabled customer I rely on home delivery

I would rather pay more for Ocado or Sainsburys

Order no 9002241002735 and 5372287000056 both not collected but still charged

Plus order no 5752343000057 substations and other items returned not refunded DESPITE sending photo evidence!
