Tesco Superstore

I was just in the store and a young man seemed to be apprehended for possible shoplifting. The manager asked if he was hungry and accompanied him in choosing what he liked to eat. It was so heartwarming.
Also , for the first time that I remember - music was playing ! Killing Me Softly With His Love by Roberta Flack. It was so nice !

It will be better if you respect your opening times, not to close 5 minutes earlier. Maybe someone relies on this 5 minutes. You are the only food store in the area that claims to be open until midnight and you are the only option for late workers.

The management is awful - Macco is appalling, aggressive towards customers. My friends and I were pushed by him, then he told us to get out the way whilst he stacked the shelf. I went to the till to make a complaint as I was shocked, to then only see him walking over to continue his rude tone and shouting at me. This made me really scared so much so I asked the security guard to help me and remove him from screaming in my face and shouting out rude comments, the most scary, unprofessional dealing I have ever had! Tesco’s should be ashamed to have staff members like him!! Avoid this shop!

Hideous experience today - the guy in charge with a yellow jacket on totally out of his depth- he actually shouted at me when 1 of his staff said can you move - where too I replyed? - as the tills where backed up down the isles - - than he said do not talk to my staff like that😀- he was saying till skills on his head set all the time

Does the job for a local store. Staff are a bit hit and miss. I had to ask a staff member not to chuck bananas in a box, when he was clearing the shelves for cleaning. This will damage produce which will not show until after the customer will have bought it. It appears that the good staff members are so because they naturally are, and not through good training or management.

Very impressed overall. I particularly like the wide choice of ciders, which Sainsbury in Kingston does not match.

One area where Sainsbury does beat TESCO, though, is in their 5 packs of bananas. TESCO still puts them in polythene bags, whereas SAINSBURY just uses a paper band.

Rude and disrespectful. A staff member by the name of Marco was shooting this morning at one of the customers and asking him to come outside to have a fight with him. Surely this man is a customer and deserves to be respected and treated with degnity.
I am not going to shop in this supermarket again after seeing what happens. Honestly shocking.

I ordered travel money and received an email to say I could collect it at the Teddington customer service desk at 3pm. I arrived at 4pm to be told the key to the safe drawer was broken and I could not get the money.
Suresh told me to phone Tesco Bank but couldnt find a number. I found one on Google but there was no reply
I asked Suresh to phone the travel money desk at Twickenham but he refused. Again I found a number but there was no reply
So Tesco have my cash but have no solution to me getting the travel money.
Suresh refused to apologise on behalf of Tesco when I asked.
