Found out of date stock on the shelves multiple times, including fresh food items that were two weeks out of date. Told the staff and they seemed completely uninterested. Often find staff stood in groups of three or more having loud, sometimes inappropriate conversations whilst only one person looks after the tills. Once got refused service at the proper tills because "the self serve is right there, just use that instead"

rude white lady with a orange face and sharpie eyebrows that serves you left me standing and waiting while she ignored me and my son. left us standing there as she served other people. so rude. then goes into call me sweetie, how patronising and rude. just because I'm young and beautiful the old women wants to treat me with disrespect. I will never return to this store and I will be taking this further. abuse of power!

Rubbish customer service. Security gurard was very rude.....don't think they give good service to local people as their past reviews mentioned by other customers.

Science is telling us we have to cut our animal based food consumption or we won’t tackle climate breakdown. So maybe sainsburys should step up? Only vegan option was falafel wrap which had past its sell by date.

Bizarre little throwback to the supermarkets of the 1980s, despite being only a few years old. Prices are roughly double the amount at its bigger cousin a mile further down the road, to say nothing of the limited, often strange choices of products for sale. The staff however, are uniformly pleasant, though the constant sound of the Uber terminal at the till - and entitled customers haranguing them - test the patience of those brave souls.

Fairly standard local Sainsburys, however when I went to buy apples they had packs in the wrong place and single apples without a price.

Smaller selection than the main stores but conveniently located.

Must be in the job description to only hire extremely loud screaming banshees, making shopping for groceries physically unbearable.
