Sainsbury's

Absolute joke; when arriving and calling the bell, I was told there were two customers in front, and that I "will be left there". Then not enough parking spaces, making people cue in the middle of the road- lost my position in the cue due to that, next, someone coming after me gets served first after I finally got to park.

Three calls on the bell, getting skipped twice in the cue and waiting 30 minutes+ to collect 2.5 shopping bags worth of groceries. Definitely last time I do this.

Review is only about Men's toilet. Probably safer for your health is doing it somewhere in the bushes. Sticky, stinky, dirty place.

I tend not to go to this store frequently as prices are not competitive with nearby supermarkets. Staff are generally friendly and helpful but there are one or two that could benefit from additional customer skills training. The store has an Argos pick-up point which is useful

Shelves are always stocked and the place always seems clean and well maintained. Good choice of food and other goods owing to it's size.

Generally has good stock and the argos there is an added bonus. Has a dedicated lindor chocolate section which is always a plus point

A bit disappointed as I'll explain later but for a sainsburys it was clean tidy great choice of goods no queue at checkout but when it came to fruit and vegetables I wanted to buy 4 or 5 satsumas and they had zero bags , I beleive this is all about plastic free shopping but , say I wanted 3 mushrooms 2 onions a pepper 3/4 potatoes a garlic bulb .
It would be ridiculous in a trolley with £180 of goods searching for my 3 mushrooms etc then putting them in carrier bags . My mother said your meant to take your own net bags that you can buy in store the whole process was of putting just to save on 3 plastic bags which are so thin and light they don't weight anything but maybe its just me

The store is a fair size can get everything you need.
Clothing range is not to bad.
Shelf are clean and full. Staff are friendly and helpful. Toilets are a bit messy.

I used the newly installed scan and go handsets, and was impressed with the speed of my shopping and paying experience. All the items I needed were available and at a reasonable price. The store has coinstar machine, ATMs and provide an in-store Sushi Gourmet. The layout format of the store is similar to other Sainsbury stores and is easy to navigate.
