Not sure how to review them but I am a very regular customer especially for their clothes, home/furniture and bedroom stuff, food especially their fresh fruits and vegetables. Marks and Spencers are known to be expensive and a place for posh people but you get what you pay for. I still have clothes I bought from them 8 years ago. Duvets, beddings, mirrors, bed sheets, etc ‘zs

The supermarket is excellent and the Cafe is my favourite place there. Quiet, friendly staff and reasonable prices with quality coffees. I love its atmosphere and the natural light. Highly recommended especially on sunny days when you can enjoy your morning coffee more.

Went in today to ask a question, not for a fitting of a bra. The lady said she was fully booked and could not answer my question. I will try Deepdale store in future.

Preston Fishergate should be an M&S flagship store but the foodhall is very poor. The foodhalk is huge but has wide open spaces and very few aisles as M&S appear to want to run the store down. Compared to local M&S food halls in Chorley and Southport, Preston is very poorly stocked. You can't buy ginger, ciabatta rolls, Thai curry paste or fennel here and the wine is very limited. The store manager told me he had to visit two M&S stores in Preston and Deepdale in order to do his weekly shop. He said head office decide what they sell and stop lines which don't sell. He said the red wine section was going to be cut further. Seems to me M&S want to close the food hall so if you want a good grocers, go to Booths or Waitrose instead. Or move to Chorley or Southport. Disappointing.

Went in today to grab some milk and was treated like dirt by some lass working self service. Nothing but death glares the entire time I was there, maybe M&S should train their staff to deliver adequate customer service.

Been to Preston store on high street today.
Had lunch in cafe, only to find standards have slipped.
What happed to a cup and saucer, altogether very British.
Served in a type of small mug.
M&s have had high expectations for their cafes.
But not anymore.
Not happy

Nice place good range, it seems as though staff want to walk towards you and curse if you don't move!
