Tesco Express

Never opens when it should (6am) staff arrive after 6am,
Staff extremely poorly mannered and very unhelpful
Store is always filthy

Just a typical Tesco’s This is why you’re business model is failing can’t deliver the basics... H/O don’t even reply to you’re complaints

Very messy store. Staff is very rude and unhelpful. They have no ethics and unprofessional. I ask the guy who was working on veg side about something which i cant find, he said he dont know where is that thing and he keep checking veg dates...it was so annoying to visit this store..

Rudest staff I’ve encountered working in this store they need a manager to give them some training. Despicable currently.

1. Nice and empty in the mornings.
2. Great selection for a quick stop.
3. Turkey mince is now in stock or I was just missing it lol.
4. Always great staff when I am there.

Have been coming here for years. But this evening was the worst customer service I have come around. I paid by card and it showed in my phone straight away that it had gone through, but they said it hadn’t gone through so paid again. Surprise surprise it shows in my account it’s been taken twice. They were not having any of it. So I called my card provider who said yes it’s been taken twice. So that’s another visit to Tesco tomorrow. For a refund. Worst experience ever with this store. They just dismissed me

Stock quite alot of food&drink,but not every thing!Annoyingly they always seem to be more expensive than large Tesco supermarkets!Use for convenience if you run out!Don't waste money on a big shop!!!!Sign up to there card to collect points,that turn into cash vouchers to spend.

Aggravating & unsettling security staff. Makes you feel like you in a Bronx neighbourhood store as to your friendly local tesco store. Duty manager showed no customer support, which only means he has had no training.
