It is shocking how the store continues to fail in labelling correct prices. Staff really do not communicate much either. I once saw these special edition 'green muffins' (assume it was for halloween) put on the shelf with no price. I asked a staff who seemed clueless and told me he will go to the store and find out. Didn't come back out at all. I left after 5-7minutes.

Truly the worst 'metro' supermarket I have ever been in, from any of the main supermarket chains. Cramped, often poorly stocked with the most malfunctioning automatic payment machine I have ever come across. The staff are loyal to Tesco and have worked there for a long while but they should all go get jobs in better premises until Tesco get their finger out and invest in some improvements. Until then go Sainsbury's, go Nisa, go anywhere else

Not too much to recommend about this small Tesco express. The aisles are cramped and the range of stock available is very very low. Prices are normal for Tesco’s but there is a much more convenient Sainsbury’s closer to Caledonian Road station.

A lady offered me some very cut-price porkchops which seemed a reasonable deal would it be that I were not a vegetarian.

Cannot stand this store & only go in if desperately need to. The store manager obtained a parking permit ILLEGALLY as is for DISABLED RESIDENTS & when had it removed confronted me aggressively. As so the old sleazy security guard. He is slimy, has followed me around yet did not see people stealing under his own nose yet......I did!!!! Absolutely Horrendous place so stay well away. As an update.......bought a custard tart/Portuguese Nata which caused food poisoning. Only ate half as realised not fully cooked. After ringing head office told me to go to store to get form, fill in & give back. Did so but store flatly failed to respect my consumer rights & now my Neurological consultant taking to court to recoup money spent on my health due to this. Good job the uncooked half put in plastic food bag in the fridge!!!! Incompetent disrespectful business behaviour. Again, STAY AWAY!!!!!

Although the products are good and the prices are good, customer service is below trash. I know you probably don't enjoy your work there folks, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude to us, we don't have the right to be rude to you as well. So, next time I ask for help while YOU'RE DOING NOTHING, help me without question. No, I can't get another employee to do it, I'm not the boss, I saw you first, you help me. Imbeciles.

One of my few local shops but always opt for Tesco. Staff is really friendly and helpful, especially Abdul that has constant smile on his face and knows his regulars by name. He is a great asset to this store.
