Self service tills are useless, just like almost every supermarket, you "add your own bag" and it immediately freezes and asks for assistance. How did it end up that the companies have to employ less staff, provide a less useful service, and we pay more? Record corporate profits eh?

Only 3 of the dozen or more self checkouts accept cash. All tills accept card. In the end it means that if you wish to pay in cash you have to queue ages until one becomes free.

Nice size shop, you can do all your shopping there. The shop has plenty of parking spaces as well as mother and child parking and disabled parking . There is a toilet available but I've never used it. I was a little disappointed as to the empty shelves, especially after I visited a Tesco store in Wales and this store was fully stocked unlike ours. The shop is clean and it also sells a small selection of clothes.

Larger store so has better availability and range than most Tescos. Lots of parking and checkouts so no delays.

This review is particularly on the mobile kiosk inside Tesco and I believe it was Samsung. I went to buy a watch and phone and the 2 representatives there were keen to close the outlet and run away. They were least bothered about the customer standing infornt of them nor the possible increase in sales and they were rude enough to ask the customer to step out as they have to close the outlet. Some KPIs should be assigned to them and monitored to have proper justice to job, company and business.
