Nice and spacious. EV chargers available also. Good service. Fuel station also. Cafe inside. Check Parking restrictions. Although no timings mentioned.

Customer service staff are rude in front of customers. No professionalism and nor courtesy that the customer is standing directly in front of them.
I was stood in the queue for returns, albeit at the end of the day. The customer service agent called me over, then ignored me as they hadn't concluded with the previous customer. I had few things to return, but lady behind me (also a member of staff) had only a couple of things to purchase. I let them go ahead of me out of consideration, whille the customer service agent was approached by a colleague to which she so rudely informed her colleague that "I have ALL these returns to do". The attitude was despicable. I informed her they're all on same card. I was told - "oh but it's 4.01pm now".
Completing a bag of returns was just too much work at the end of the day.

The store is very clean and tidy as I visited on dated 9-11-22 at 21:30. The staff members are so welcoming. I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up to admin!!!!

Very hard to find exactly halal products as available in some other stores around UK. Store itself filled with items and no empty shelves.
Seem, need more tidy cleaning. Staff are but of grumpy faced, no smile. Even asked for help, rarely will get one. Isles are gloomy lit and seem boring brightness.

Can be decent for the most part. Some stuff is way overpriced (even compared to other Tesco stores) staff on the tobacco counter are always pleasant and friendly, and deal with you quickly with a smile on their face; same can’t be said for the self serve staff who take ages to come and assist you when the machines decide I’m trying to steal (seriously just get rid of these? Much quicker at a till/the front) and then they act rude and start rummaging through your shopping because their tills are pre emptied to start going off when the slightest weight change is detected.
Produce is okay; Tesco brand is normally pretty decent for the price you pay. Although they have issues with products being opened and then ending up back on the shelves. And they like to rearrange the aisles whenever they decide it’s time for a price hike
If you only need a few things, it’s great. For a large weekly shop, use lidl next door, one of the Aldis down the road (Wigston or Blaby)

Visited Tesco on 12th Dec.22 . My wife had to use the Toilet facilities and was totally disgusted at the condition No toilet seat on one and the lock missing on the other, and also looked like it had not been cleaned in days, Come on Tesco you can surely do better.

No idea why they put such miserable people as the 1st you see walking through the door. Today’s sour faced delight was Elaine - stood scrolling through her phone and blatantly ignoring a customer waiting patiently to ask a question.
