I enjoyed my experience at this supermarket. Lots of polish goodies to choose from. Not 5 star because there is no labels in English, and we are in London and the supermarket is open to everybody and not only for Polish people I assume.

I must say that the place has actually improved a lot. There are more products I would call convienient. The service is much more involved in dealing with the customers and that is really important. On top of that the bakery section is now offering fresh and nice products. Superb! I visit the place more often since I have noticed a great change. Hopefully it stays like that so I can add the fifth star. Thank you guys for your hard work!

You can find everything there, the polish sausages are just scrumptious on the barbecue

I must say the products are very good. but the prices of products are different on the bills and different on the shelves (means the price tag on the shelf). Yesterday we purchased 6 items and from that only 1 item has the same price otherwise the rest of 5 has different prices from the tag. So, please look at this matter because this is a very big mistake. I don't know, the store is doing this by themselves or this is a mistake.

But at last as we saw these much of difference. so, we talked to them and we got our differences. and we got £3 of difference from 5 items.
so, this is a very serious problems.

( here, I gave two star because of products and they gave me my difference.)

It's a great place to get many stuff easy. Mostly from polish community but good thing is everything has English transcription. Staff is helpful too. Net n clean store

Great customer service, very friendly & smiley staff. A clean, well lit large store, which is stocked with a great variety of products (we especially love their snacks sections!) The gentleman with glasses always brightens our day. We visit often just to try new things & to pick-up some of our favourite discoveries!
