Nice store, shame about the store manager. Also colleagues constantly speaking in their own language to one another, and having conversations with others while serving customers. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers and apparently continues unchallenged by management (if it can be called that...) This seems to be standard for Sainsbury's these days.

Don t know why these reviews parade this "lovely staff" fake rewievs. Most obnoxious staff I ve met. I always felt so unwelcomed there. Just a bad energy. And I m not paranoid. Some of my friends had similar experiences. Unprofessional guys, sometimes very rude and
Talk behind customers back. Long staring makes you drop your basket and just leave. Just go to the other sainsbury on Queensway . Much more relaxed. Nicer staff.

Good store for a local with a very decent selection of items. Staff are also very nice, specifically Filipe and Lia who I've gotten to know on a personal level these last six months. Thanks for the good service guys and I hope this continues.

This is where I shop every day and it's a very expensive shop. I get great prices with smartshop, almost 50% off my favourite items. All of a sudden I started getting an error at check out with a qr code to show to the staff. Multiple times I asked the manager for help and he seemed completely clueless and blatantly lied about the system being "down" and offered no support whatsoever. After many phone calls and multiple app reinstallations I got again the same error, insisted with a cashier that he scanned the qr code which he did, it turns out it was a simple item check and everything was solved in under 30 seconds. I find the whole thing very picturesque.

The worst staff I've ever seen, rude, doesn't help, looking at me like i would be going there to still, I was at self check out till I just did ask for a bag and a bi... instead pass it to me, just told me that I have to and get it for myself, soon I will be coming to their staff room for a break as I feel like I would be working for them

Disgraceful customer service - Victoria especially was incredibly rude and clearly has no idea who to offer customer service or engage with customers. As several of the other reviews have mentioned, staff are watching you like you will steal - v. unfriendly, definitely avoid.

I tried to scanned the fruit salad but it didn’t work with and I asked one of employee who works in this supermarket to check it for me but she went to somewhere and back to me with partially opening of salad and brings another salad with higher price. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.

Extremely convenient store opens early and closes late. Mostly the store is clean and neat Very helpful and hardworking staff members and manager. Will make every effort to find you what you are looking for. Thank you for being a community asset.
