Small convenience shop that's open everyday of the week until late. Good if you only need basics or a ready meal late on a Sunday evening. Otherwise the Lidl next door provides a larger selection of food.

My husband went to top up our gas card, and the man, musa, he just put half the money in, we didn't realise until we got home, my husband had to go back because we gave £70 and he only put £50 and yet still took the full amount of £70. They have very bad services, have no clue what they are are doing and one of the ladies who works late thinks she can get rude. But i got my money back. They definitely need customer care training. God know how many people they have done this too.

I've been going here for years but when I went in the shop today around 6:45am, it was lovely, clean and tidy and didn't smell. The lady at the till didn't seem very friendly though but probably just tired..

Manager Satish disgusting customer care. All other staff friendly but when another staff member asked him to help get my tesco coin which was stuck in the trolly he just told me nothing he can do. Without even an apology or any solution. Walked off. These people that claim to be Managers have the worst attitude to public. He shouldn't be working there with that attitude

really bad customer service. I am an old customer that have always goes to tescos and today an old lady treated me really bad on the tills while I was returning an Asos parcel. Instead of explaining me how to print the label to be delivered with hermes she made me wait to be served by another young lady on the tills that has explained me how to use the print labels. I had to return again with the old rude lady. I had to enter the queue 3 times because she couldn't make my life any easier with information and I have asked her some help to stick my label because my hands were full of things and she has told me : you can do it yourself. honestly I am not spending another one pound with you, that was really rude. With the same server I got another situation that I went to buy some drinks without my id and she told me that I could show my digital copy on the phone, when I finally found it on my phone she told me she would not accept my purchase. Sincerely, it must be something wrong with this person. Please provide her some good training because I work with retail as well and I could never treat a customer like this.

This is just to thank the incredible kindness of the staff member at Tesco Express New Park who took the time and effort to help my mum when we visited the shop on Mother's Day. He helped her over and above what would have been expected. This person went the extra mile through pure decency and kindness and should feel very proud of himself. We're very grateful indeed for his help. A credit to Tesco's.
