I asked for a £10 Vodafone voucher and the guy at the till (young male with goatee and glasses) gave me a £10 O2 voucher instead, and then refused to correct the mistake saying I asked for it, when I use a Vodafone mobile!! Untrustworthy and will not use again.

I have been going there for a while now, they have always been somewhat blunt and unpleasant but it's right next to my work so it was convenient. I always pay by card, but today the older bloke refused to let me pay and he demanded "cash only". When I said i always pay by card and asked what the problem was, as i didn't have any cash on me, he repeated "cash only". When I inquired why this change in policy, he refused to answer or to even acknowledge me. His attitude was appalling and it's safe to say I'm never going back there.

Disappointing today some of the stores inside the mall were closed including the main post office which was all boarded up and looking likely that it is was closed permanently, so I had to walk all the way to the other end of King Street to a sub post office that had so many people waiting outside in a queue I gave up and will go somewhere else tomorrow, I wont say where in case those in the queue do the same

I was a bit short of change, Bless the Staff, it was only 20p, but he said please don't worry I want you to be Happy, I've since been back and payed him back, I was so chuffed

Friendly place with a good amount of stock. It was a godsend finding this place at the early hour I arrived. Well worth returning to.
