Tesco Express

This is my go to Tesco express, usually good stock, parking can fill quickly at busy periods.

One annoying thing is that they DON'T HAVE BASKETS BY THE CAR PARK ENTRANCE. WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO WALK TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE TO GET A BASKET BEFORE I CAN COMMENCE SHOPPING!

FIX THAT PROBLEM TESCO ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE....

This has been my local Tesco Express for about 10 months since moving from West Norwood. It is ALWAYS filthy! It seems like the staff are incapable of using a mop and cleaning up spills. It's off-putting. Apparently if you live down in West Norwood you're more likely to buy "fancy, more unusual fruits and vegetables and stuff". This was the reply I got from a member of staff when I popped in 5 times in a week to buy roquette and they didn't stock it. Go figure. As a vegetarian I find the choices very limited, I've found many other Tesco Express stores of a similar size with much more variety, and often walk down to West Norwood to get what I really want. The only plus is that they open until 11pm, but that isn't unique to this store.

Extremely unprofessional security guard spent 10 minutes chasing me aroubd shop saying its 10 minutes till we close I want to go home hurry up if you don't know how to shop the. My colleague cam lead u around to help you. The he said t mins get out. Too slow.
What the h&&& kind of store is that. Other staff tolerated it. It was pure abuse. Disgusted.

Normally really friendly staff. However came to tesco today at 21:45 and was refused to be served even thought i asked the member of staff what time you close and he replied 10pm. All i wanted was some water and paracetemol.

Although some aisles were blocked (one way in and out) able to navigate store and obtain ite.s required.

Friendly and professional staff, with brilliant service always putting a smile 😃 on my face.

Not good for a Tesco very small and doesn't sell everything you want from a Tesco Express but the lady who served me knows what customer service is and its better than the one on Norwood Road for customer service because there the guy was speaking in his own launguage

Got what I needed. Meds for a cold.
