I would give 5 stars except there prices on some things is very high so they lose a star for that. Excellent customer service, friendly staff although there was one member of staff who I handed a jar that had been opened. I explained to him that its not sellable he put it back on the shelf so I had to explain to him a few times that a grocery store can not sell a food items that have been opened or tampered with, I don't think he understood my English very well. I wont let one member of staff make me give a bed review when other staff were friendly and professional and gave customer service with a smile. 4 stars

Let me pack my shopping and go to pay before telling me they weren’t accepting contactless payments. Only a tiny sign and no further information advising this. Staff couldn’t be less interested. Really disappointing.

Very dirty, run down understaffed, not much on the shelves. Items moved so can't find, so go to Waitrose or M&S next door. Very sad, staff talking openly about how unhappy they are. Looks like they are on the way out.

Came here to pick up some milk for my brother,
The store is large with a big selection of items.
The parking is for 2 hours if you spend 10£ in the shop, the staff in the car park is nice.
Self check out was moving fast and the woman there help us to watch my brother as he kept trying to run away. Altogether it a well run location.

They've really upped their hot food section and listened to the demand. Always well stocked at 11am, 3pm and 7pm. The only issue lately has been the queues for the self checkouts. Every day at 3pm there's at least about 30 people in the queue because they've either not opened them all, or are segregating cash and card so that they have a quick cash up at the end of the day. It does move relatively quickly considering but the staff can be quite rude in terms of screaming CARDDD or NEXTTT. I understand you need to shout but does it have to be in such a negative/rude tone? Not all staff members are to blame but there's a certain few that could do with improving this.

But main options of meal deal was poor.

Good sized shop - it gets very busy at peak times but the staff do a great job keeping the queues moving.

Not always accurate labels and prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Huge variety of products.
