Tesco Express

I hope someone from Tesco sees this post. Today, at Tesco at Turnpike lane station, around 2.45pm, I and my boy friend were treated a huge unfairly and rudely by the Turkish lady employee. Although we were in line and she saw this, she interrupted our transaction and continued with the other customers and did not listen to us. I believe someone should remind this employee that everyone has equal rights in this country and that people don't have to be British to get the same service. It's a disappointment for a big company like Tesco to work with people like this. Cameras can be viewed, we are ready to face this situation. I hope this employee doesn't do the same rudeness to other people (although I'm sure she will).

The worst Tesco by a very long way. Dont take cash. Queues are amazingly long. Nobody on checkouts. You have to tell the shelf packers to get on the till. When you can pay with cash, they want to short change you. If you want to see everything wrong about a supermarket. This is the best example of how not to do.

Store closes BEFORE 11PM. Supervisor tells customers to get lost at 10:48pm.I was in a queue outside the store at exactly 10:48PM myself and 3 other customers, we were treated poorly and told to go away.ALSO WHEN SERVING YOU STAFF TALK ON THERE MOBILE PHONES IN THERE OWN LANGUAGE AND IGNORE CUSTOMERS!! vile disgusting service dirty store and staff who are rude and dont wont to do there jobs.TESCO YOU REALLY NEED TO LOOK AT THIS STORE URGENTLY .YOU HAVE SOME VERY SERIOUS PROBLEMS HERE THAT YOU NEED TO ADDRESS AS A BIG COMPANY.

Always very good quality of food and always very polite employees ! I doo shopping everyday here and never disappointed

Please kindly educate your staff on selling gift cards. I went there today in the morning trying to purchase Roblox gift card. Left with nothing as the person behind the counter ask me if this is for Spotify or Xbox account, I did try to explain that its neither thats it's a different platform, cashier rude and hostile just handed the gift card back and said its must be one of those.

Every time I have tried (about 10) to use the Evri service at this Tesco there is a problem and the staff are rude and unwilling to help.

The Tesco staff are good & helpful - but I had a nasty experience with one of the security staff - during lockdown. When it was illegal to not wear masks during lockdown - I asked him who was enforcing it. He insulted me & was very aggressive too. I reported him but neither Tesco management nor his employers - Total Security Services - got him to apologise for his unprofessional behaviour. The vile language & abuse I got was beyond belief!!! But what does one expect from an uneducated & totally ignorant person - he is a disgrace to uniform he wears & brings the industry into total disrepute.
