Was buying mortadella, when noticed this discoloured package (on the top of the photo). Clearly the protective seal has been compromised and the product is degrading from contact with oxygen. When pointed out to staff - they just put it back on the shelf saying that they can still sell it. Only shop here if you’ve got no other option and triple-check everything.

Very overpriced and products are nothing special. Just because people in the area have money doesn’t mean you can sell basic stuff at a high price. Go somewhere else for your shopping

Awful shop run by awful people. Overpriced rip off, fridges don’t work so meat, milk etc. are regularly mouldy before sell by dates. Rude and unpleasant staff, especially the relations.

Bunch of rip off merchants this lot. Shame on them.

Good selection of products! Love that they have rare products like Licalix ice cream, biotiful kefir, organic yeo valley and San pellegrino in glass, etc. thanks guys!

Over the last 6 years I've been to this shop on a number of occasions. I have finally decided to leave this negative review. I've never been happy with this shop. High prices (nearly 50 percent more than what you pay in a supermarket) may be excused only to certain extent because of high rents in the area! On top of that customer service is appalling. Hello or thank you doesn't cost a thing. Don't just ignore your customer. If your customer comments on poor customer service they are receiving, don't be rude towards them. Make your customer feel welcome and valued especially since this place is such a rip off. Avoid this shop!

Extremely expensive. You’ll pay at least £3 for a packet of ham.
Most staff are really nice but there is one man who once shouted at me for dropping a tomato and then accused me of putting it back when I actually wanted to pick up a second tomato to buy with the dropped one.

Terrible. Bought two cheeses and when I got home saw they were both well past the use by date. Rang to explain what happened, they acknowledged the issue, I left contact details asking for a refund but never heard back.

If you love paying an arm and a leg for dusty products... then honey, you're in heaven! Rude staff always ID me even though I buy alcohol from them at LEAST 4 times a week. I was recently refused service. Lack of cake, lack of good bread, they don't even sell Branston Pickle.. I bought a freaking cucumber there and it was wibbly wobbly. If I'd've wanted jelly, I could have purchased it from your shop for £25!!!! Unfortunately though, I'll be bound back to this retail hellscape as it is the only place that sells perishable food in a 2 mile radius. God please give us a bloody Tesco!!!
