A small branch of Sainsburys without cafe or any other attached business. Although small, the store is tidy, well stocked and customer service is brilliant.
The parking fee is a pain but necessary as a deterrent to freeloaders.
Could be improved with the addition of a cafe and an Argos collection point.

Easy parking ( pay £1 but get money back with £5 shop) goods in store as needed. Very friendly helpful cashier: confused person in front of me needed several tries before she entered her card pin correctly. Cashier was kind and patient, then helped the customer put their filled shopping bag back in the trolley for her. Excellent service.

Very poor. Men's toilets were a disgrace. Urinals full, not draining, stink of urine, was vile. One toilet out of order and also hand dryer broke. No change from last year when a complaint was made to head office about the same issue. Clearly not listening to customer feedback. Avoid if able.

Looking on Google to find parking details but lacking important data. Good news however it LBGT friendly.......absolutetly *vital* info before I buy my milk. Personally I like my supermarkets to show deep animus to the LGBT community

No appropriate sized seat for babies. No trolleys which take the new £1. No parent and child spaces. Ended up paying for parking only to find all this out and then had to go elsewhere because shopping here simply was not possible with a 4 month old.

Need to keep out of date food off the shelves and use more staff, very hard to find help. Train staff who to help deaf people, all the tills had hearing loops but no staff knew how to use them 😞
