Decent supermarket, I wish they would open for longer on Sundays. I really like the jalapeño stuffed olives, but they don't always have.

Store is well stocked and whenever I visit, is not particularly busy, which means I can do my shopping relatively quickly. There is a wide selection of fresh fruit and vegetables along with a good range of frozen item options. Bakery section located towards rear of the store. Has most products that a larger Tesco would have apart from no clothing.

Very rarely do I have to wait at the self-service check out and the customers who choose the manned tills, generally have a choice of cashiers to attend to them. Staff appear friendly and helpful when you need assistance. No parking facilities, so for me, it restricts how much I can buy at any one time but this store is very handy, should I be in the locality.

Some of the rudest people i have ever come across. Asking for help was like asking them for blood. Also how can you as a staff memeber shop in your uniform and be annoyed when customers approach you. Not the sharpest tool in the box.

this store needs to be refurbished as it is so dated. The staff is really nice. Please can tesco think of quality food as well as price point - cheap food and unhealthy food is all over that shop but quality is really not their strength. Needs more healthier options at good price too please for family who try to feed their kids with healthy food.

Moved to the area recently and was happy to see there’s a tesco superstore nearby. Went there today and was disappointed to see how small it actually was. There’s no clothing section and no halal poultry section. I don’t understand why it’s called superstore.

Always understaffed. Such a big company and always no staff available within the store and on checkouts. More than half of check outs closed even in peak hours. Long ques for no reason. No regard for customer’s time.

Worst Tesco I have ever been to. . No customerservice at all. The staff is extremely rude and completely useless. They dont even say hello. Especially that stupid 6 foot old ugly cow with the short hair at the self-check out. That woman is more suited to work as a female guard in a german conzentrationcamp then at Tescos. Pure evil; the way she treats and looks at customers. No thank you; no hello. Just completely dissinterested. Obviously she hates her job. Why not fire her? I wont go there anymore.
Total lowlive scumbags who work there.

It’s my local store but not great if you are anxious about Covid like me. Mask wearing does not seem to be enforced not only with customers but also the staff! There are at least two staff that man the self service checkouts without masks!! If you need their assistance they come right up to you with no social distancing!! They could at least wear face shields or be given roles behind the scenes. The whole shopping experience is really stressful for me. Thank goodness there is a new Lidl opening nearby.
