Tesco Express

So I literally just came from there now, a light skinned lady with curly hair who seemed to either be a manager or supervisor has got the worst customer service ever, I have been going to that tesco for the past 4 years and I have never given no trouble. Today I decided to use the self service machine which usually only ever seems to take card payments..today it was taking cash so I thought let me use the coins in my bag. I inserted a handful of coins (20ps 10p 5ps £1) I'm not entirely sure how much I put in because you literally just put money in and expect the machine to work it out for you, however the machine only registered 1p so everything else I put wasn't registered instead of the lady first apologising to me the customer she goes straight to the machine and opens it up Tries to fix it eventually only being able to retrieve 1p 20px2 and another coin and then i tell her I definitely put £1in there, she then replied ”i thought you don't know how much you put in there” which is basically insinuating that I the 4years customer is lying and trying to rob them when in actual fact it's your machine Thats broken down on me, and instead of apologising for this inconvenience she stares at me as to say there is nothing she can do, so instead I just left the change and the shopping and went to Sainsbury which is where I will be going from now on.

I visit this store almost every day the Bakery is mostly not ready in the morning until after 10am or even later than that sometimes .
Some of The staff are lazy or busy talking on the phone using an earpiece , otherwise when some others are around then the Bakery is ready in time !
Keep it up Sainsbury's is cross the road 👍🏽

Disgusting customer service here.. everytime i go in its always young immature staff with no mannors that lie about payzone not working because they can't be bothered to do it. Tesco always a let down!!!

Pros:
Very nice security guy, always smiling and polite.

Cons:
Hermes service hasn’t been fixed!!!

Do not send your parcels here they are unable to recieve as they do not have handheld scanner.
Three of my parcels were sent back to sender. Tesco Website/ Evri couriers should edit this to avoid happening again. Very frustrating waste of time

I went to do shop 10 minutes before they close
door was locked 10 minutes before workings our
i was trying to ask explanation whats happening
staffed blame i am drunk i just asking manager name to complain about whats happen staff was very rood
security guy as well simple question i was trying to ask simple name

This must be the WORST!! Tesco's in the UK.
I have complained to Tesco head office but they took details and no feedback to relation of complaints. The staff are unhelpful lazy & miserable. What's the point of advertising evri shop when you have a machine to print but cannot send or receive packages for the last 2yrs!! Secondly I'm sure they are behind breaking there machine because they can't be both to deal with the extra Hassel. If you don't like your jobs leave!!! but don't make our community miserable. You should take a leaf out of Sainsbury's across the road now they know how to welcome customers 👏👏👏

10:30am Fri Jan 7th. 7 people in the shop, 3 Tesco staff, 4 customers and just 2 people, both customers were wearing masks. NOT a safe place for vulnerable shoppers
