I wish there a zero star! Poor staff members who mistreat customers, manager on duty wasn’t any better! Instead of helping and sorting out problems, he decided to agree with the lady at the till who wasn’t wearing her Tesco uniform. and If this Tesco had mistery shopper they would probably get a zero. The shop was a mess. The helpers on the shop floor we’re not helpful. Worst Tesco

They need more organic fruit and veg so far for over a year there has only been 1 selection of organic blue berries and for 2 days last week they had organic apple's but then they were never restocked I mean who wants to eat fruit and vegetables riddled with pesticides!

The older Somali security guard is a legend and always a thrilling encounter. Thanks for your help mate

Staff are always friendly and helpful the only down side is there always seems to be beggars outside the door

Great shop, sometimes difficult to park. I just wish these "small" Tesco's had a trolley so us less able bodied could do a bigger shop and be able to take the shopping to the car. It's just too heavy once you've got milk and soft drinks!

Tesco’s at Pield Heath store, should be retrained at this site, I scolded myself on the hot coffee machine and asked several members of staff to assist me with my injury, to which they went and got a mop ! Despite me advising them that I had sustained a burn and needed help, customer services a complete zero.
