Pretty straightforward for quick food shopping. Being a very small outlet, the selection is a bit limited but it serves a purpose. At times it can get quite busy, so be prepared to be bumping into staff and customers, and having to queue. But today at lunchtime it was fine

This is a small store with tight aisles that gets really crowded making it difficult to negotiate at busy times. Sells reasonable range for small store. It is all self service tills now which means it is soulless to shop there. The staff they used to have made it more pleasant to visit so I can't recommend it - my advice is to go to waitrose.

Just wanted to say well done to all the staff at Twickenham Simply Food for managing the current situation re social distance queues and help in the store. Excellent customer service as always and today was served by Daniel at the click an collect desk who helped to make my order easier to transport on my bike!

I like this branch. It's quite small but it has the items I need, when it's required. It's clean, neat and tidy. Staff are professional and generally a good shopping experience when I visit.

Nice shop, good assortment of food, but very small, so not much room to move down the aisles. Lots of customers in here with no manners whatsoever

The store is too small with no room to move if there is someone, emphasis on one, shopping as it blocks the whole aisle. Staff constantly leaving stuff everywhere which further makes things difficult. Staff are also extremely rude and accuse people of stealing without grounds. Self service machines are small, buggy, and don't function.

I went there this morning, did some shopping and wanted to change my bags for life. I was told by staff member at the till that you no longer change them and haven’t done so since Covid is that true ?

Terrible experience every single time I visit the store. The manager of that store must either be very lazy or doesn't care. Every single time I go there to get my favourite bread White Boule, is never there. I went there last week, no luck so again I went there yesterday, no white boule, i went there today as well, no white boule so i asked the lady behind the counter what is going on and she said no sorry maybe tomorrow ... !!! terrible ...... will stop using that store and go Richmond instead.
