Now, this new person standing there everyday is a nightmare. How dare you get abusive to customers. I think customers should report him to the police there and then

Very rude old man! Very poor customer service. I went to pick up my parcel after getting a notification that it was delivered. Old man telling me it was not delivered, I tried to explain that I have a notification from an hour ago that it has been delivered then he starts yelling at me saying I don't care what's on your screen this is my shop and I no its not here.. came home called courier who confirmed item was delivered, ended up sending someone to pick up item for me.. when served by anyone beside the old man all is fine.. just try avoid bring served by him.

I saw the other reviews and would like to say I go here regularly to drop off parcels and have always found staff to be very helpful, giving me hints on how to work the parcel machine (take a screenshot and zoom) and fixing printer jams. It’s a family business, they say hi to everyone that comes by, and they don’t make a lot (or any) money from the parcel service so any help they give you (especially when there are other customers around) is going above and beyond. Thanks for your help and pleasant services. Please stock more zero sugar flavours of Monster Energy!

However my experience as a buyer has always been good
They have a wide variety of drinks for £1.19 (eg Fanta peach) and a few international treats too. For single priced items the prices for snacks are fine but why get a crunchie for 90p when you can get a 4 pack where the crunchies are 37p each? but it is a convenience store so I didn’t expect any less. Anyway customer service fine, prices pretty good

If only there was a 0 star option. Owner was so rude. Had no manners. Started shouting at me when I explained why I had come. He kept raising his voice saying he won’t accept any returns. After he finished I wanted to explain that Amazon Hermes had a said I can return my items without package and postage at this store. But he continued to speak over me. No customer service. Absolutely disgusting excuse of a man. When I told him that he wasn’t listening and I won’t return here as he requested he told me to leave but started yelling at me in front of his worker to ‘leave leave leave my shop right now’. It was an awful experience. Please save yourself and don’t go to this shop. Don’t waste your money on someone who is not worthy of it and doesn’t respect his customers. I’m so saddened by this experience.

Very poor service and unfriendly person: He was not client services focused at all and I even had to put my return package in their own backspace myself.
PS: To answer your reply, you never told me that time that for any issues with my parcel I needed to contact Hermes directly. But I didn't have any issue anyway so I think you confuse me with another unhappy customer? Thanks for replying though

Don't understand the negative reviews regarding hermes drop offs...never had an issue myself. keep up the good work guys :)
