Morrisons

It's a very standard Morrison's and the staff are lovely. Everything seems in order and I never have issued with finding my items. I love that there's a place where you can donate to a dog rescue centre and also a human food bank. Great place! Super convenient

A great supermarket in a great location. Lots of parking available and always fully stocked shelves. 2 cafes to choose from and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The onside florist is amazing

Produce empty most times I've been in , not good for customers or trade ? Need to improve standards and more staff on tills and shop floor meat and fish very bad display went in at 4.10 pm meat counter was taken out nothing to choose from very bad considering they are open until 10 pm ?store is going down and down

What has happened to all the staff at Morrisons in Leyland. A very stressful trip this afternoon. Thank goodness I found Brian who was so helpful and remained calm and cheerful under very difficult conditions. My next stop was Sainsburys where there were plenty of staff. One star for Morrisons, five for Brian.

I visited the store today, Sat 5th November at around 13.15 is and once I put through my shopping I realised I had left my cards at home. Joanne was so supportive and understanding and although she was run off her feet was very understanding and patient whilst I went back to my car and activated my Gpay on my phone. She looked after my shopping and again when I went back in the store to pay she again acted immediately and took me to a till to pay without delay. I want to say that she is a credit to your store and is most helpful regardless of the pressure she was under at the self checkout area. Thank you Joanne, excellent customer service which is rare these days in my experience.

Shortage of checkout staff at prime time Saturday morning wasn't the best experience.
Looks a bit disorganised at present with only a small amount of staff available??

Always pleasant helpful staff. Usually reasonable prices when part of shopping done elsewhere to balance the cost of some more expensive but required items. 1st Jan open, thank you staff, understandably some items not available as deliveries had not been made and some services not functioning Bank Hol.

Not the first occasion this has happened and I have complained to management about this issue twice already and still nothing is happening.
The free from foods are not being date checked I have a child who sadly is allergic to alot of things so the foods he can have are hard to come by anyway but to the find items that are suitable and them either be out of date or have 1 or 2 days on that is unacceptable especially as free from foods are more expensive. I have used the click and collect service a few times and I have have almost every time been given a free from product either out of date (once some yogurts that were over 2 weeks expired!) Or with a couple of days on them.
