Tesco Extra

Hello everyone, today I found a free pot for their magazine that I wanted to buy, but I didn't find it in the store. I asked an employee who checked and then sent me to customer service where I didn't even get well and she sends me back to the district! Nonsense! then I am told that in their system it has never been, only at another tesco at nustiu a few miles. Liars, insensitive, lack of politeness, tesco employees do not keep their distance from you, etc. negative! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Absolutely Pathetic Service. Take a look in the pictures that the staff has nothing to do in the world. No Tissues, No plastic gloves, Bins are messy. When you asked them why don't you put gloves and tissues outside, they say 'people take it'. If you go to Twickenham, Feltham, Ashford Tesco Petrol, they have gloves outside for customers. It makes me think, is it the service issue or the Demographic factor! I haven't finished yet. If you go inside and pay for the car wash, they refuse and ask customers to go back to the machine and pay by themselves. 8/10 times their car wash is closed. On top they sit inside, chat with each other and use their phones while customer outside using pumps without tissues, gloves and paying for the car wash (if it works). I have marked their faces cos I don't take it personally and I don't want them to recognise. I have been giving feedback to these guys since pandemic begin and they dont want to change.

Nothing out of the ordinary normal large supermarket. What especially prompted this review was a staff member at the checkout. I've been unwell for a long time but it doesn't show to a casual observer. I was feeling really down today and Nitan the young man on the till asked if everything was okay. Completely unsolicited but it renewed somewhat my faith in humanity. Such a small thing but such a big effect. Absolute credit to the staff 👏

Worst place for shopping. Mostly I avoid this store but recently I visit there. I had very bad experience, staff was very rude. The people whose on customer service, they don’t have any manners to speak someone, if you asking for help, they speak you very rudely and when you ask them to call any manager, then they make excuses. The managers full of attitude even, they don’t wanna listen you. The people whose working on tills, they never said even hello, ladies always busy to chat with each other.

Don't waste your time with the cafe. Ordered a simple off the menu breakfast and took over 50 minutes to come out with no apology.

The shop is huge with everything you need, including a deli and clothing. There are lots of offers for tesco Clubcard and a short queue.

I will never, ever visit this store again. I literally spent 2hrs, yes 2hrs getting out of the car park yesterday Sunday 27th. It was a nightmare!
