I've been shopping there for the last 5 years ! I dread and love shopping their..just dont look at the prices too much 🙈

Just like John Lewis, Waitrose is always a pleasurable experience and this branch doesn't disappoint. Lovely staff, layout and products.

I was in waitrose upminster and waitrose billiarcay on the same day. I noticed more vegan choices in billiarcay and also a promotion on magnum vegan almond in billiarcay that was not available in upminster. The general upkeep of tge otger store, the functional parking etc made billiarcay better so i naturally had to give 4 star to upminster store.

Expensive, poor quality bread. Cold meat not too bad

I was disappointed in their lack of gluten free and dairy free products. Price wise the store is on the line with M&S. Although they had a few Christmas Chocolates there was very little frozen food. You have to join in order to get their free magazines which is mainly receipes. Not sure how beneficial the card is. I rarely go here probably won't again for some while l.

Expensive compared to other supermarkets, but the quality is very good. In particular the bread selection is excellent. Also the only supermarket nearby stocking French President Butter!

Great supermarket from Waitrose at there usual high standards. It's quite a large store with there usual selection of product. I was able to get everything I needed. Added benefit of free parking available on the 1st Floor/Roof area. Stairs or lift available down to the actual store. I used the self checkouts which worked well compared to othere supermarkets. Staff were helpful when I couldn't find a certain product. I found the store very clearn and well presented with plenty of choice and good stock levels. 👍
